Please download and complete the registration form below and mail it or drop it off to Colleen Seuss, 2378 N 71st St. No call-in registration, please. By registering, your information will be included on our database map for shoppers. Volunteers needed to:

• Post yard signs in their yards announcing the event
• Distributors of maps to houses
• Photocopies of maps
