• If you are NOT participating in Halloween and want to just become a member of TETNA. Fill out page 2 of the form and return it to Barb Blaney or drop your form off during the Halloween registration.
• If you ARE participating in Halloween. Fill out both pages of the form and bring to the Halloween registration. Register at Bethany Calvary Church, 7265 W. Center Street on:Tuesday, Oct. 21, 6:30 – 8:00 pmThursday, Oct. 23, 6:30 – 8:00 pmSaturday, Oct. 25th, 8:30 – 10:00 am
