As a Porch Host, I agree to the following conditions: *

My porch will be available from 11:00am – 6:00pm. I have notified my immediate neighbors of my possible participation and no concerns/issues have been expressed. I will be home and available during the performances. I will be available to introduce the performers assigned to my porch. I understand that I will not be choosing the performers for my porch, nor the times assigned. I will be provided with information about each performer so that I will be able to introduce them properly if I do not know them. I will make a trash bin / recycle bin available for attendees and performers. I will allow TETNA organizers or representatives to put a sign on my yard noting me as a “Porch Host”. I will welcome attendees to be on my outside property with chairs or blankets during the performance. I will be a good neighbor and community representative at all times. I will allow performers to have access to: Electricity (if noted above). A restroom. Temporary driveway access for set up / take down (if needed).
