Halloween Registration

This event is for Tosa East Towne Neighborhood member’s children ages 14 years and under. You must register to participate and all children must be accompanied by an adult while trick or treating.Children receive a glow stick as proof of registration.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Trick or treat registration is accepted during registration times. Please do not mail or drop them off to the treasurer. For questions, contact the event chairs, Jenny Farr, [mailto]jennyfarr@wi.rr.com[/mailto]  or Wendy Swenson, [mailto]swenson7@sbcglobal.net[/mailto].

• Completed form
• A LARGE, factory sealed bag of candy for each child being registered.
• Please pick quality candy with at least 50 pieces per bag. For example: 2 kids = 100 pieces of candy; 4 kids=200 pieces of candy, etc.
• $2.00 for each member’s child
• $8.00 annual family membership fee

Due to insurance restrictions we will no longer offer a non-member participation option. All participants must be members. This event is not open to people who live outside our neighborhood and people who actively choose not to be members. Please contact an association officer or board member with questions regarding this change.

MEMBERSHIP-ONLY  or KNEELAND-WALKER TGIT REGISTRATION

If you do not participate in Halloween, but wish to drop off your membership form, please stop by to hand in your form during the Trick or Treat registration. You may also drop off your RSVP registration form for the Kneeland-Walker TGIT held in November. Click here for more information about this adults-only event.

BRING A FOOD PANTRY DONATION

At registration, please bring an item to donate to Bethany Calvary Church’s food pantry: canned goods, dry foods, personal care items are accepted.
