Important North Avenue Planning Meetings

Hi East Tosa neighbors and businesses,As many of you know, we have been working for two years on securing the grant for and undergoing the process of developing a strategic plan for North Avenue in East Tosa. The North Avenue Neighborhood Alliance invites and encourages you to attend one or all of these meetings to hear the presentation and provide your support. It will be put before the Council for adoption and our support is necessary for this to move forward.

Why should you care?

• impact on quality of life
• opportunity to sustain and grow desirability to live in our neighborhoods
• create demand for housing and commercial real estate (drives sales and property values)
