Haunted by Last Minute Candy Purchases?

Halloween Pre-registration and Household Membership Early RegistrationOctober 1 to October 16

This year residents that will NOT be handing out candy during Trick-or-Treat may skip regular registration and choose to pre-register starting October 1 until October 16. Pre-registration includes opting out for purchasing candy—you pay a little more and East Towne will supply your candy donation. Simply fill in the registration form below and drop it off at your convenience.No crowds, no last minute candy runs! This pre-registration is a trial run. In the future, if this is a popular choice, we will open pre-registration for homes that pass out candy too.

TRICK OR TREAT PRE-REGISTRATION	HOUSEHOLD MEMBERSHIP EARLY REGISTRATION
Pre-registration Requirements: Register by October 16. This option is only for houses NOT giving out candy during Trick or Treat. Pre-registration is purely optional and offered as a convenience. Our regular registration week is scheduled for the week before Halloween for those who do not pre-register. No candy donation needed! Candy is supplied by East Towne and is covered by the extra $5 fee. Tosa East Towne Neighborhood Association Membership required.	Annual memberships run from October 2010 to September 2011. Early membership registrations will be applied to the 2010/11 membership. You may become a member of the Tosa East Towne Neighborhood Association and not select to participate in Halloween using this form. Our membership drive runs to the end of October, but you may still become a member at any time during the year.
