Flood-related Projects: City Waives Permits

In an effort assist flood victims, the City of Wauwatosa is waiving permit fees for flood related projects. This includes building permits for basement repairs and restoration; mechanical permits for replacement furnaces and air conditioners; plumbing permits for repair or replacement of drain, waste, vent and water lines; and electrical permits for replacement of panels, wiring and devices.Permits are still required, only the fee is waived.
