Start dreaming of warm days and join TETNA in planning for the 9th annual Family Fun Day. This annual gathering, held at Center Street Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is a neighborhood event focusing on activities and games for everyone in the family.Last summer’s Family Fun Day received a great turn out on a beautiful summer day. Children clutched balloons and brandished temporary tattoos. McGruff the Crime Dog made his rounds amongst bubbles, music and games. Silly family members attended a clowning workshop while others munched on hotdogs, chips and soda. Area businesses were so generous in donating items for the prize drawing that names had to be put back in for another chance to win.All this happens with the support of TETNA neighbors who contribute their time and talents to organize this wonderful annual event.
