2012 Scholarship

Once again, our neighbors have shown tremendous support for the Tosa East Towne Neighborhood Association Scholarship through generous donations to the fund. Over the course of the past membership year, the fund has received a total of $745. Of this, $240 was the proceeds of the concessions stand at the Neighborhood Block Party in August and $505 was direct donations by generous individuals in our neighborhood. Thank you to all! This is a testament to how much we believe in our younger generation!This year we will be offering one $500 scholarship to be awarded to a neighborhood high school senior planning on furthering their education. This scholarship is based on community involvement as evidenced through school extracurriculars, church activity, scout groups, and volunteerism in the community at large. If you know of a deserving student who will be graduating from high school this Spring, remind them to apply for this scholarship by March 14.Click here to download:Application FormActivities Form
