Run Tosa Run 5K

Run Tosa Run is a 5k run/walk and half-mile kids' run through the beautiful tree-lined streets of the Tosa East Towne neighborhood.

The event is hosted by the Tosa East Towne Neighborhood Association and supported by lead sponsors BelAir Cantina and GRAEF, with net proceeds going to Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Come see the best of what our residents and businesses have to offer, with East Tosa awards and raffle prizes. 

Race details:

  • 5K race: 9 a.m. for $20; price goes up to $25 after July 1, $35 after Aug. 1 and $35 after Sept. 1. Race day is $40.

  • Half-mile kid run: 8:30 a.m. for $10; recommended for ages 10 and younger

  • Post-race festivities: Food, refreshments and East Tosa giveaways

About the prizes:

  • The top male finisher and top female finisher each gets an amazing East Tosa prize package.

  • And fast or slow, all runners are entered in drawings for prizes from local businesses.

  • Medals and ribbons will be given to 5K age-group winners. All kid runners get toy medals.

  • T-shirts are guaranteed to all runners who register by Aug. 1, and after that, they will be available while supplies last.

About the course:
The course threads through the beautiful, tree-lined streets of the East Tosa neighborhood.

About the cause:
Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin will benefit from the proceeds raised by the event.  The well-known charity is located on Watertown Plank Road in Wauwatosa, near Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Ronald McDonald House’s mission is to ease the burden of families with children suffering from serious illness or injury. Lodging and caring outreach programs are available for families who have children staying in Milwaukee-area hospitals. Art therapy, dog therapy, a secret garden, and daily meals prepared by volunteer groups are examples of services and programs offered to families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.
